We offer free and paid consultation services for e-commerce store optimization. Free consultations are offered at our discretion and do not create any obligation for ongoing services.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Promotional pricing is valid for the period indicated and may be withdrawn at any time.

Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processors (such as Stripe or PayPal). We do not store your payment card information on our servers.

4. Digital Delivery

Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to your purchased digital products via download link and/or email. It is your responsibility to ensure you provide a valid email address at the time of purchase.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all digital product purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date by contacting us at [email protected].

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.

• Modify and redistribute the materials

6.2 Commercial Use License

The Commercial Use License grants you the additional right to:

• Use the materials for client audits and consulting projects
• Incorporate the materials into your professional services
• White-label the materials (remove our branding)
• Use in agency or freelance work

Even with the Commercial License, you may not resell the materials as a standalone product.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products are provided "as is" and "as available." While we believe our checklist and recommendations are based on proven CRO best practices, we make no guarantees regarding specific results. Conversion rates depend on numerous factors beyond our control, including your product, market, traffic sources, and implementation quality.

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
